Flower Description

Spring blooming native wildflower of moist woods and acid soils.

Basal set of shiny bright green oblong leaves. Leaves are 5-8 inches long

3-6 yellow-green, drooping bell like flowers.  They are 3/4 to 1 inch long with 3 sepals and 3 petals and 6 stamens

Fruit is a shiny, oval pure blue berry about 1/2 inch in diameter. Poisonous.
