Flower Description

Vining plant resembling Morning Glory with 3 part compound egg shaped  leaves  with points

Pea shaped white to violet flowers  (2 toned)  in a compact cluster at the end of winding stem.  Produces inedible peas in a pod.

Also has small flowers at the base of the stem that don’t open, but do produce an edible pear shaped seed.

Mid to late summer bloomer
